Google Research should build a small shrine to the fruit fly.

Incorporate the body of a fly and the extracted essence, the connectome itself, engraved onto something effortful and monumental: perhaps it would be appropriate to use chip fabs, our civilizational peak, to lay it down on unique silicon.
